Join us as we take to the streets for the
38th Annual Sacramento Take Back the Night!
Please join us in mobilizing our Sacramento community to take a stand against violence, sexism and inequality. The 2017 Rally and March will be an evening of remembrance, celebration, and action to stand against all forms of sexual and gender-based violence.
When: October 14th, 2017 (Second Saturday)
Start Time: 5:30pm | March through Midtown: 8:00pm
Location: Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. – 2020 J Street, Sacramento, 95814
This is a FREE event – open to anyone interested in taking a stand to end sexual and gender-based violence.
The Resource Fair will kick-off the evening with more than 30 information and resource tables staffed by our local co-sponsors, and will continue throughout the Rally to provide information about the crucial services offered in our community.
Beginning at 5:30pm we will have an incredible Rally line-up, featuring music, diverse performances and speakers, a survivor speak-out and community art projects, and more!
At 8pm we will take to the streets in protest – a tradition that has taken place in Sacramento since 1979!
Come out, bring your friends and family for an incredible night of activism, energy, and commitment to end all forms of sexual and gender-based violence!
